As the Seasonal Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting CBYX staff and volunteers in various tasks, including:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct scholarship selection events and related processes.
- Review, prepare, and follow up on communications with American applicants and parents regarding application documents, including health forms.
- Support participant preparatory calls and webinars.
- Review and update pre-departure cultural and program preparatory materials.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- First-hand experience with international education or travel.
- Organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
WORK EXPECTATIONS:
- AFS USA work hours are generally from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday EST.
SALARY:
- $18/hour, 35 hours per week
