As a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will support the Manager of Quality Assurance and Compliance and the Quality and Compliance Coordinators in ensuring adherence to AFS-USA’s acceptance criteria, AFS International standards, U.S. Department of State Exchange Visitor regulations, and CSIET Standards. Your responsibilities will include:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor contacts and visits requirements for students on program.
- Track team performance and follow up with volunteers on missing requirements.
- Address compliance-related concerns in monthly contact reports and collaborate with Quality and Compliance Coordinators to resolve issues.
- Review host family applications for completeness and compliance, coordinating with relevant staff, volunteers, and applicants to ensure all requirements are met.
- Monitor Partner Verification Worksheets and communicating with partner AFS offices regarding discrepancies.
- Assist RMCQA staff with various tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
WORK EXPECTATIONS:
- AFS USA work hours are generally from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday EST.
SALARY:
- $18.00/Hourly, 35 hours per week
