- College Degree, BS/BA
- 5+-year Auto Industry Experience Required; preferably selling to service providers
(national oil, tire, brake, dealerships, and independent service centers, etc.) with a strong track record of demonstrable success.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to operate at both Strategic and Operational levels concurrently to exceed targets
- Ability to both conceptualize and develop service models
- Have a natural drive, entrepreneurial mindset and urgency to succeed in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal and high-level communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and desire to work effectively across all levels and departments of Turtle Wax and partner/customer organizations, generating trust and respect from external and internal contacts.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- Normal office duties.
- Up to 25% travel.
