- High School degree required
- Experience in a non-profit organization with database management, preferably Donor Perfect
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn new technology
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred
- Team player with positive attitude and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to speak and understand English clearly
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
