Required Skills/Abilities:
• The Project Manager and the Captain must possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to comprehend rules, detailed instructions, and training materials.
• It is required that the Project Manager to be able to maintain pose and self-control under stressful conditions requiring quick decisions.
• Both the Project Manager and Captain must have demonstrated experience to effectively manage a security force of 50 or more officers.
• An understanding of security operations and contracts management preferred.
• Understand operational KPIs and ability to utilize data to drive operations.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and time management skills.
• A great communicator that gets the value of teamwork.
• Comfortable in an ever changing, fast paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Technologically savvy - experienced with MS Office Suite. Working knowledge of technology driven scheduling platforms a plus.
• Project management experience. PMP certification a plus.
• Adept in leading teams in complex problem solving.
• Customer Service orientation required.
• Able to interact in a corporate environment and effectively communicate with all levels of management.
• Must be flexible and possess the ability to meet deadlines in a high tempo environment.
• Excellent time-management, organization and multi-tasking skills required.
• A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive work attitude.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment.

Education and Experience:
• The Project Manager must have a minimum of a 4-year college degree from an accredited college or university AND at lease six (6) years of law enforcement experience indicating supervisory or managerial experience.
• In the alternative the Project Manager may have an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university AND ten (10) years of security OR law enforcement experience, of which four (4) years were at a supervisory or managerial level
• The Project Manager must have training and experience I fiscal management/budget and personnel administration.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Additionally, the position requires near and far vision in reading correspondence and using the computer, and acute hearing when providing phone and counter service to the public.
• Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments, including other departments, locations, and mandatory overtime.
• Time flexibility depending on the needs of the company.
