Summary:
The President – CSM Financial is responsible for all operations of CSM Financial, LLC. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and performance of fixed operations and support functions for CSM Financial business
  • Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values
  • Development and execution of annual business plans, budgeting and goal setting

Duties:

  • Sets goals, targets, and budgets for CSM Financial
  • Develops and implements a strategic plan to meet the needs of CSM Financial and it’s customers
  • Work closely with the executive team to further the organizations missions, visions and goals
  • Inform and advise the executive team regarding current trends, concerns and activities to facilitate policymaking
  • Plan, recommend for approval and operate within an annual budget
  • Optimize staff performance by clearly defining duties, establishing performance standards, conduct performance reviews and maintain competitive salary structure 

Qualifications

Education, Skills, Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; further education preferred
  • Seven to ten years of experience in operations management with proven leadership skills
  • Experience with medium and heavy-duty truck financing
  • Superior analytical and financial aptitude
  • Understanding and ability to help drive sales and overseeing a P and L
  • Willingness to travel and work in multiple locations
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Management skills to include strategic plan development, decision making abilities and program implementation
  • Supervisory skills to include the ability to coach, train and motivate subordinates to reach established goals
  • Ability to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customers and staff to assist with purchase decisions
  • Proven collaborative and participative management skills are essential including experience in building strong teams
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize and process multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to establish and meet standards and deadlines for self and others

Work Environment, Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements
