We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer/Developer to join our growing team and lead initiatives in machine learning, chatbot development, and various AI-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and cloud-based AI solutions to drive automation and efficiency in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Learning Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models for various AI-driven applications.
- Implement state-of-the-art algorithms in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and algorithm selection.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Chatbot Development:
- Architect and implement AI-powered chatbot solutions using NLP frameworks such as OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, BERT, and Rasa.
- Design intent recognition and response generation models for enhanced conversational experiences.
- Continuously evaluate chatbot performance metrics and iterate to improve accuracy and user engagement.
- AI Project Development:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
- Implement scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype development to validate AI concepts.
- Data Engineering & Model Training:
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources, including text, images, and time-series data.
- Develop data preprocessing pipelines using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Apache Spark.
- Implement automated retraining and monitoring strategies to ensure model robustness in production environments.
- Software Engineering & Deployment:
- Develop scalable AI solutions using programming languages such as Python, R, C#, or Java.
- Leverage DevOps and MLOps principles to automate CI/CD workflows for model deployment.
- Utilize containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying models in production environments.
- Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with project managers, software developers, and business stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including model design, data pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Contribute to Agile development cycles and participate in sprint planning meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, C#, or Java.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with NLP techniques such as word embeddings, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and machine translation.
- Expertise in computer vision algorithms including object detection, image segmentation, and deep learning models (CNNs, GANs, etc.).
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows for model deployment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with transformer models and generative AI applications.
- Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Ray.
- Familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask for AI model deployment.
- Experience with fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications
