What You'll Do
As Sales Development Rep (SDR) you will:
- Use research tools like LinkedIn and Zoom Info to build lists of entities and contacts that align with our Ideal Target Profile.
- Load accounts and contacts into Saleforce.com.
- Market to these contacts via email, phone, Teams and LinkedIn
- Set 120 meetings per year, by making a minimum of 30 calls/60 emails per day.
- Follow up on warm leads and convert to qualified leads by identifying decision maker, budget, and timeline.
- Deliver consistent, qualified pipeline that converts to revenue.
- Communicate new product and services opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate RDG management.
- Assist Team in ad hoc assignments (contract writing, pricing research, presentation preparation) to qualify for monthly Team Bonus
Qualifications:
- 2 or 4 year degree in business, finance, marketing or related field or a mixture of relevant, equivalent work experience is required.
- 1-3 years in sales or other customer-oriented background (support, customer service)

- Sound judgment and decision-making. Ability to identify problems and implement solutions.
- Possess excellent written and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively.
- Time management skills, ability to monitor/assess performance to make improvements or take corrective action.
- Able to multi-task and appropriately address shifting priorities.
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Ability to operate PC, and other related office equipment essential to the position with average speed and accuracy.
