Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase dealership sales volume and
profitability
• Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
• Monitor individual and team sales metrics to ensure consistent execution of dealership
processes
• Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and customer
satisfaction
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns that support sales
objectives
• Oversee inventory and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure optimal stock levels and
vehicle mix
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, creating long-term loyalty and trust
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
