• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase dealership sales volume and
profitability
• Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
• Monitor individual and team sales metrics to ensure consistent execution of dealership
processes
• Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and customer
