Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at Charleston Southern University
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and the mission and values of Charleston Southern University.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Familiarity with the admissions process and higher education environment.
Work Hours:
Flexible hours to accommodate the Admissions Office needs and student’s class schedules, typically 10-15 hours per week.
Evaluation Procedures:
Students will be evaluated on their work performance, which includes their ability to follow instructions and to complete work without errors. Students are expected to be punctual and to contact their supervisor if they are late or unable to come to work. Cell phones should be placed on silent while in the workplace and students should only use their cell phones in emergencies.
