- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and edit proposals, marketing materials, and technical documents.
- Format documents to ensure consistency, professionalism, and adherence to company branding guidelines.
- Create, revise, and update content for proposals, including executive summaries, solution overviews, timelines, and compliance matrices.
- Assist in crafting marketing collateral such as brochures, datasheets, and white papers.
- Apply advanced Word styling, formatting, and layout techniques to enhance document readability and visual appeal.
- Review and proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and clarity to ensure high-quality output.
- Maintain version control of documents and manage document templates to ensure the latest versions are always available.
