Overview:
The Laborer I will perform a variety of tasks to support construction operations, including material handling, site cleanup, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Key Responsibilities:
1.   Material Handling:
-Â Â Â Assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials, equipment, and tools, ensuring safe and efficient handling and transportation to designated work areas.
-Â Â Â Organize and maintain construction materials, supplies, and equipment on-site, keeping inventory well-organized and accessible to crew members.
2.   Site Cleanup:
-Â Â Â Perform general cleanup and debris removal at construction sites, including sweeping, shoveling, and disposing of waste materials in designated containers or disposal areas.
-Â Â Â Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
3.   Assistance to Skilled Trades:
-Â Â Â Provide assistance and support to skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, ironworkers, and welders, by fetching tools, materials, and equipment as needed.
-Â Â Â Assist with simple construction tasks, such as digging trenches, pouring concrete, and setting up scaffolding, under the direction of experienced workers.
4.   Safety Compliance:
-Â Â Â Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety training sessions.
