Join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth. As an SDR, you'll be at the forefront of identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers, setting the stage for future business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including databases, social media, and networking events.
  • Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our company and qualify their interest.
  • Qualification: Assess prospects' needs, pain points, and buying intent to determine if they are a good fit for our offerings and meet predefined criteria.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing relevant information, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide them with detailed information about the prospect's needs, preferences, and interactions.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales development efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field strongly preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service required

  • Experience with CRM tools is preferred
