Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
Master’s degree in social work required. Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker Arkansas licensure required. Two (2) years job-related and supervisory experience required. Thee (3) years clinical experience required. Working knowledge of Medicaid and PASSEs preferred. Experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred.

- Knowledge of best practices and interdisciplinary programming to ensure that service delivery that is individualized for each resident.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, statutes, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to present to groups and answer questions both in person and via video conference.
- Strong computer skills to use email, calendar, word processor, spreadsheet, video conferencing, and presentation software.
- Strong orientation to deadlines and detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with employees at diverse levels.
- Ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload.
- Ability to develop both the members of a team as well as the team itself.
