Education and/or Experience:
Master’s degree in special education required. Teaching License and Certification in Special Education required. Five or more years of experience teaching special education preferred. Two or more years’ experience in leadership experience preferred.

- Ability to present to groups and answer questions – both in person and via video conference.
- Strong computer skills to use email, calendar, word processor, spreadsheet, video conferencing, and presentation software as well as program specific platforms.
- Strong orientation to deadlines and details.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with employees with various levels of experience, education, and backgrounds.
- Ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload.
- Ability to develop both the members of a team as well as the team itself.
- Demonstrated commitment to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
