Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED is required and/ or an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in business, management, or a related field highly preferred; propane and fuel industry experience required; or a combination of experience and education that results in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field
- Previous experience (at least 1 -2 years preferred) in homebuilding, appliance, outside sales or retail related business.
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Assertive, self-motivated, and capable of making independent decisions
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Solid closing skills and ability to build value-added long-term relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must be proficient with using the Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, power point, and outlook) and experienced with using technology
- Bilingual preferred
Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and an insurable driving record.
