Working as our Service Advisor, your main objective would be writing up ROs and being our main conduit between our service department and our guests. The ideal candidate would have prior service advising experience in a new car dealership.

Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
