Job Description for: Marketing Intern
Reports To: Human Resources Director
Classification: A student or trainee who works, sometimes without pay, at a trade or occupation in order to gain work experience.
Job Summary: Responsible for the marketing of agency needs, which includes posting on social media.
Physical Demands: Occasionally this position requires assistance with moving boxes or other office items.
Job Responsibilities:
- Update the agency’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with new content on a regular basis.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with comments and DMs
- Update the company website as needed, with assistance from the HR department.
- Assist with in-person events (set up, photography, social content, etc.) within the agency.
- Work with HR Director and HR Generalist to ensure digital marketing is consistent with the agency’s goals and mission.
- Assist the HR department with other digital marketing projects as needed.
