Remote Sales Agent

Work Hours or Shifts: Monday - Friday 9am EST - 6pm EST

Salary: $14/hr base rate PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION!

Weed Man lawn Care America's #1 lawn care franchise is immediately hiring for Sales Specialist!! We are a part of a multi-franchised owned business with five locations in Lexington, KY, Nashville, TN, Cincinnati, OH, Memphis, TN, and Tampa East.

We are looking for experienced telephone Sales Representatives to join our growing team, preferably that possess great customer service skills and who are confident they can sell lawn care. You will also receive customer service and agronomic training.

We are growing rapidly and are heavily investing in our inbound and outbound lead strategy that is producing incredible opportunities for our sales agents.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote, work from home position

What's expected of me as a Sales Associate?

• Perform lawn care sales calls from inbound web/social media leads

• Follow up and reach out to hot/warm leads generated by our Marketing/Door knocking crews.

• Sell enhancements to existing programs

• Provide great customer service

• Meet daily and weekly goals

• Strong personal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST

• No cold calling
