What You’ll Do:
As a Quality Engineer, you will be the backbone of our quality assurance efforts, focusing on monitoring and enhancing our operational processes and outputs. Your key responsibilities will include:
•    Developing Quality Standards: Craft and implement quality standards that set the benchmark for excellence.
•    Quality Control Systems: Design and deploy robust quality control systems that ensure consistent compliance with our specifications.
•    Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze both internal and external quality performance to identify areas for improvement.
•    Inspection & Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and testing of materials, equipment, and products to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with operations managers to implement effective controls and enhancements.
•    Safety Compliance: Ensure that all workflows and products align with safety regulations.
•    Troubleshooting & Investigation: Investigate and resolve product or production issues with precision.
•    Corrective Actions: Develop and implement corrective actions to continuously improve our processes.
•    Act as Proxy to Quality Manager: Step in as a representative for the Quality Manager when needed.
•    Quality Tools: Create FMEA’s, Control Plans, Calibration Programs, MSA Studies, and Process Flows.

What We’re Looking For:

•  A Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
•  2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
•  Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC).
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•  Outstanding project management skills.
•  ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor experience.
•  Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
