Job Responsibilities:
- Work as a team, follow orders and complete tasks as assigned
- Work with others to cooperatively finish tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Work outside in the weather every day
- Must be willing to follow directions and learn from other crew members and leaders
- Must be able to take direction and operate with a very high quality of work
- Required to conduct daily inspections of equipment
- Must be able to operate a tractor and equipment safely after an initial training period
Requirements
- Successful candidate must have 1 year of experience operating a tractor.
- High school diploma or GED.
- The ability to identify and react appropriately to hazards.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment.
- Experience performing maintenance on tractors.
- The ability to carry out duties unsupervised, in harsh weather conditions, and during irregular hours when required.
- The ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
