Skills / Experience
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment, including filter maintenance and basic troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
- Utilize strong carpentry skills to build and repair fixtures, furniture, and other structures as needed.
- Assist with renovations and improvements to facilities.
- Identify maintenance needs and coordinate with appropriate personnel for quotes and project completion.
- Ability to communicate & work with other departments within the organization
- Ability to keep a well-maintained workspace
- Any other duties as needed
