Education/Certifications:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree
- Advanced degree (desired)
- DAWIA II in Program Management (required)/Level IIIÂ (highly desired)
- Lean Six Sigma Certified, e.g., Green Belt/Yellow Belt/Black Belt (desired but not required)
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 16 years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area, during which both professional and technical capabilities have been clearly demonstrated.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ARCS policies, plans, programs, employment, and doctrine to integrate and advocate organizational ARCS requirements at appropriate levels.
- Comprehensive experience as well as the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies for tactical A-ISR support to the organization.
- Specialized experience in administering or performing tactical ARCS management in support of SOF Operations.
- Comprehensive ability to define problems, identify relationships, evaluate quality, assess impacts, and make conclusions and recommendations against priorities, standards, or objectives or, where none exist, to establish required priorities, standards, objectives, and doctrine.
- Knowledge of commercial UAS and Precision Strike systems and their capabilities.
- Background in basic flight techniques, procedures, and aircraft engineering.
- Must have working knowledge of USSOCOM 350-9, AR 95-1, AR 385-10, DA PAM 385-40, AR 95-20 and applicable FARs. * Knowledge of counter UAS, Artificial intelligence, machine learning and ATAK too.
