POSITION SUMMARY
Under limited supervision, this position will be customer-focused to develop and execute product strategies, manage and support all aspects of parts & development projects, and implement materials sales for Ebara's product line(s).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Investigates and identifies part refurbishment, alternate component technologies, and develops a commercial proposal, reducing cost and improving quality and reliability. (Essential)
- Evaluate potential business opportunities that align with company goals and strategic priorities by analyzing technical requirements, market dynamics, and financial projections.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making and investment priorities.
- Assess/evaluate risks and drive projects forward with an eye for the critical path.
- Engage with current and potential customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that combine technical innovation with business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to capture, clarify, and implement customer and market requirements across multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Oversee multiple development programs throughout their lifecycle, identifying requirement gaps and driving resolution to ensure timely product delivery and qualification.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for business processes, proposals, and contracts to ensure clarity and traceability.
- Create standardized frameworks for analyzing market opportunities, technical feasibility, and financial viability.
- Communicate cross-functionally with a diverse team, including engineering, sales, service, finance, and supply chain, to drive execution.
- Develop customer-facing materials and strategic positioning for Ebara products.
- In collaboration with account managers, develop commercial strategy and marketing plan for alternate components, new business opportunities, supplies, and/or upgrades to Ebara Technologies customers.
- Travel as required, with 25-50% of time spent visiting point of sales locations to assess effectiveness and

- Propose partnerships, licensing opportunities, and development collaborations that support business growth, interacting with Engineering, Sales, Business development personnel and EBARA globally to implement new products. (Essential)
- Manage parts business financial performance to plan for assigned accounts. (Essential)
- Train and mentor Product Manager I-II. (Essential)
- Complies with EBARA’s safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training. (Essential)
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara and customer safety policies. (Essential)
