We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers by understanding their needs and creating proactive recruitment strategies that provide consistent candidate activity for open positions. Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for open positions across the business from job posting to candidate screening to employee onboarding.
- Deliver consistent candidate flow for assigned openings through a mix of strategies including job postings, paid sponsorships, proactive sourcing, job fair attendance, employee referrals, and other methods.
- Support overall HR department activity through execution of employee onboarding, orientation, and other areas as required.
- Serve as a positive and visible ambassador for the Enercon brand in daily conversations with candidates and employees.
- Provide an effective level of visibility for recruitment activity to leaders across the business.
- Partner with other HR team members to enhance the efficiency of our recruiting function including our ATS setup, effective interview strategies, and other areas.
- Maintain our HRIS (Paycom) and ensure data integrity for all candidate activity, new hires, and employee information.
- Ensure positive momentum with each requisition as assigned by engaging across the business to ensure we are consistently moving hiring activity forward.
- Support actions that promote employee engagement through effective communication and participation in various employee groups or activities
- Drive process improvements throughout the HR function by developing procedures, making recommendations, and implementing solutions as identified.
