Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Degree or Equivalent
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multitask.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or office manager
- Attributes: Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
- Bilingual: Spanish is strongly preferred.
Job Demands
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.
