Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, recruiting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital sourcing platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn) and familiarity with ATS systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently while actively contributing to a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to community impact and advancing employment opportunities for underserved populations.
- Knowledge of workforce development programs or previous experience working with diverse talent pools is a plus

- Strong time management and prioritization skills in deadline-driven environments.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit and ability to work across departments.
- Confident in presenting information to employers, job seekers, and partners in a clear and professional manner.
- Deep understanding of recruitment lifecycle and candidate engagement best practices.
- Familiarity with the Metro Atlanta workforce development ecosystem, including regional partners and initiatives.
- Prior experience in a workforce development organization, nonprofit, or community-based employment program.
