Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in career development, student career center activity or youth workforce development is strongly preferred
- Communications and writing skills for both internal and external audiences
- Analytic, problem-solving skills that show your ability to balance goal achievement with a high quality of work
- Networking skills, outgoing personality, and one-on-one relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of education and/or workforce systems including higher education and community organizations
Desired Skills:
- Strong project management skills and/or project manage certification
- Experience in grant management and/or grant reporting
- Ability to work in teams and across departments while managing both solo and team projects in conjunction with overall MAC goals
- Ability to draft and present data in both public and private settings across stakeholders and audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,) internet search, etc.
- Experience using contact management software
- Ability to manage and/or coordinate public events for young people
- Ability to communicate effectively across a variety of media – phone, text, email, other online platforms, etc.
