- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- A Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research databases and software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skillsÂ
- Experience and/or interest in the area of estates and trusts, tax and/or disability field preferred.Â
- Must meet Act 33 and 34 requirements.
