POSITION SUMMARY:
The Fitness Director has overall responsibility for effectively managing and implementing all club fitness-related protocols.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to train and educate new and existing staff in all areas of Fitness Department procedures
- Possess a thorough understanding of Fitness Department as defined by company standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, management systems
- Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility
- Possess thorough understanding of, implement and enforce company policies
- If training, a current certification that is nationally recognized in the “Personal Trainer” or “Fitness Trainer” or “Nutrition” category
