Through our teaching fellows program, which includes mentoring and supervision from an experienced faculty member, we are committed to helping fellows develop into exemplary educators capable of having a positive impact on student learning. This two-year program supports recent college graduates who are considering a career in education, providing an opportunity for them to gain knowledge and skills through sustained experience in an independent-school setting.

Individuals are not required to pursue an advanced degree to qualify for this program. However, for those who are interested, there are several universities in the surrounding area that provide the opportunity to work towards a masters degree, including American University, The Catholic University of America, George Mason University, The George Washington University, Howard University, Marymount University, the University of Maryland, and the University of Virginia.
