Position Overview:
As a Stadium Club Bartender, you will be the life of the party, crafting delicious drinks and creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for our guests. Your mixology skills, outgoing personality, and passion for providing exceptional service will be the key ingredients in making every visit to our stadium club a memorable experience. From mixing classic cocktails to creating exciting game-day specials, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a fantastic time during events and games.
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink-making techniques.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a busy bar with the upmost professionalism.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on our event schedule.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Mixology Mastery: Prepare a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, with precision and creativity.
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests enthusiastically, taking drink orders, suggesting popular concoctions, and catering to individual preferences and tastes.
- Beverage Presentation: Ensure that all drinks are served with flair and attention to detail, garnished and decorated to perfection.
- Upselling: Promote signature cocktails, special drinks, and promotions to increase sales and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Bar Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all tools and equipment are readily available.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions and process credit card payments, providing efficient and accurate check-out experiences for guests.
- Safety and Compliance: Comply with all alcohol-serving regulations and ensure responsible alcohol consumption. Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to maintain a safe environment.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of bar inventory levels, notify management when supplies are running low, and assist with restocking orders.
- Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and a positive work environment.
- Special Events: Contribute to the planning and execution of special drink menus or themed promotions for game days and events.
- Personal Development: Stay updated on industry trends, new drink recipes, and mixology techniques to continually improve your skills and creativity.
Skills & Abilities
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate in the English language. Second language is a plus.
- Ability to perform proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques and use of equipment/machinery.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be physically fit in order to lift, pull and push items up to 50 pounds.
- Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.
