As a Stadium Club Host(ess), you'll be the welcoming face that sets the stage for a fantastic dining experience for our guests. Your mission is to create a fun and inviting atmosphere from the moment our guests arrive at the door. With your friendly personality and enthusiasm, you'll be the ultimate host, ensuring that every guest feels valued and leaves with unforgettable memories of their time with us.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a host, hostess, or in a hospitality role is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for providing exceptional service are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage waitlists and seating assignments efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Greetings: Welcome guests with a warm smile and a friendly greeting as they enter the stadium club. Make them feel excited and appreciated right from the start.
  • Seating Assignments: Guide guests to their tables and provide them with menus, ensuring that each group is seated comfortably and efficiently.
  • Waitlist Management: Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods, accurately estimating wait times and providing updates to waiting guests.
  • Entertainment and Engagement: Interact with guests, engaging them in conversations and making them feel at home in our lively atmosphere.
  • Special Occasions: Celebrate guests' birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions with a personalized touch, making their visit extra memorable.
  • Menu Insights: Provide information about menu items, drink specials, and promotions, helping guests make delicious choices.
  • Guest Accommodations: Handle special requests or accommodation with a positive attitude, ensuring that each guest's needs are met to the best of your ability.
  • Game-Day Excitement: Foster a spirited and enthusiastic environment during games and events, enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Waiting Area Maintenance: Keep the waiting area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary amenities to ensure guest comfort.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and other team members to ensure a smooth flow of service and a fun atmosphere.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from guests, making note of their preferences, comments, and suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating special events or promotions to add an extra layer of excitement for our guests.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate in the English language. Second language is a plus. 
  • Ability to perform proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques and use of equipment/machinery. 
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends and able to perform multiple tasks.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be physically fit in order to lift, pull and push items up to 25 pounds.
  • Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.

I acknowledge that I have reviewed the Host(ess) - Stadium Club job description. This is a summary of the main responsibilities for this position. Business demands dictate work hours and schedules. Attendance and timeliness are a requirement of this position. Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time, in order to meet our guests’ needs. I understand that I must also adhere to the property service standards, as well as grooming and uniform standards specific to this position, always maintaining a neat and clean appearance. I will also adhere to any OSHA (safety) practices and wear any assigned PPE (personal protective equipment) as needed.
