Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related discipline required.
- At least 5 years progressive HR experience required, including experience in full cycle recruiting.
- HR Certification highly desired.
- Experience in manufacturing or related industry with more than 100 employees strongly preferred.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with web-based business applications including HRIS, ATS and other HR systems.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have high integrity to deal with confidential information daily.
- High attention to detail and ability to learn and adapt to changing compliance and regulations.
- Ability to prioritize and be proactive in completion of duties.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make informed decisions and lead others within the organization to make informed decisions.
- Able to collaborate effectively by phone and email with others within the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Training Requirements:
- Must desire to continue to learn as it relates to changing HR systems, processes, and compliance regulations.
- Willing to attend required training courses or sessions related to the job as assigned.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to perform routine, repetitive office functions.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and subject to random drug screening.
Work Environment:
- Regular exposure to dust and noise in the production environment.
- Warehouse environment temperatures may be influenced by outside temperatures.

Travel:
- Travel will occasionally be required, up to 10% annually.
