The Call Center Operator is responsible for providing a superior and efficient experience on inbound customer service calls from customers. Prioritizing daily tasks to minimize customer impact; answering incoming calls; timely and accurately responding to customer inquiries. Help maintain and ensure the company’s positive reputation
