Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with organizational leaders and managers to identify, prioritize, project manage, design and deliver curriculum in support of the organization’s strategic initiative of implementing a Coordinated Care model.
- Design, build, deliver and administer an employee training program that could include:
- Staff growth and professional development
- Safety and compliance training
- Supervisory training
- Develop and implement of training procedures and guides.
- Manage learning management tools. Paycom is currently being used.
- Support staff onboarding and performance management efforts.
- Supports compliance efforts throughout the organization as needed.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to assess learning needs.
- Track and evaluate effectiveness of learning programs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Communications or related field, Workforce Development or equivalent work and education experience
- 3-5 years’ experience with L&D program design, delivery and management.
Work Environment:
- Full-time. Hybrid position with in office requirement of 1-3 days per week.
- All staff are currently required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination prior to hiring. The use of personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to COVID-19 may be required in the future should exposure warrant it.
