Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree requiredÂ
- Minimum of two years experience in an Independent School admissions office, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, including Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Forms, Canva and Zoom Meetings and WebinarsÂ
- Customer Service Experience, preferred
- Experience with Veracross, preferred
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin, preferred

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $57,500.
This is a non-exempt, overtime-eligible 12-month position. Standard work hours are 8 AM-4 PM with early arrival or late departure during peaks of the admissions cycle. Occasional weekend hours required.
