We are looking for a driven and experienced Regional Manager (PE) to lead strategic growth, oversee operations, and drive client engagement across Florida.

Position Summary
As Regional Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic leader and business builder for our western Florida operations. This is a doer/seller role: you’ll cultivate relationships, secure contracts, and lead project execution—balancing technical excellence with business acumen.
You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams and drive top-line revenue growth through partnerships, client outreach, and service expansion, all while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operations within your assigned region—including engineering, field, laboratory, and drilling services.
- Serve as a client-facing executive, maintaining and expanding relationships with owners, contractors, developers, and industry partners.
- Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities; participate in proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor project delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction across service lines.
- Mentor, support, and develop staff while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional performance with broader organizational goals.
