Are you a proactive marketing professional with a knack for building strong client relationships and leading collaborative initiatives? We're seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Associate to join our three-person Partner Marketing Team.

About the Role:

The Senior Partner Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing key partner relationships, leading calls, and coordinating marketing initiatives that drive engagement and sales. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to develop impactful campaigns, create promotional materials, and ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for partners, managing day-to-day communications via email, Teams, and scheduled check-ins.

  • Lead partner onboarding and activation efforts, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Develop and execute partner marketing plans aligned with key objectives and timelines.

  • Drive partner engagement initiatives to maximize participation in promotions and campaigns.

Marketing & Sales Material Development

  • Create sales materials, presentations, and promotional assets to support partner marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials align with brand guidelines and deadlines.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions, to drive measurable results.

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all materials are completed on schedule.

Project Management & Process Optimization

  • Track project timelines, task assignments, and marketing deliverables.

  • Identify and address potential roadblocks to ensure smooth execution.

  • Optimize internal processes and workflows to improve team coordination.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance and compile reports with actionable insights.

  • Maintain partner marketing dashboards to monitor engagement and campaign success.

  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance metrics.

 

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in marketing, account coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using monday.com or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead calls and foster partner relationships.
  • Proficiency in creating sales presentations, marketing materials, and promotional assets.
  • Basic analytics and reporting experience, with the ability to interpret key metrics.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally to support marketing and sales efforts.
