General Description

The Program Coordinator role will help facilitate program implementations to maximize customer service, provider productivity, and business operations. In addition, the coordinator will play a key role in guiding our physician onboarding and support efforts. The position will also assist with special projects on an as needed basis.   


Essential Duties

  • Physician Onboarding
    • Obtain physician availability and coordinate technology training sessions with hospitals
    • Communicate with physicians about facilities and their processes
    • Facilitate the setup of all provider accounts
    • Debrief initial shifts with physicians and be available to help troubleshoot
    • Coordinate “buddy sessions” with existing providers for all new-to-Eagle providers
  • Program Support
    • Responsible for the creation of important documents related to site onboarding and assisting with maintenance of key site information
    • Coordinate the resolution of technology issues and transitions with IT
    • Communicate with service line Medical Directors about physician specific issues
    • Provide the Program Manager with general program support
    • Assist with facilitating and maintaining up to date information within Eagle’s internal operating systems and databases
  • Special Projects
    • Provide support to special projects within Operations
  • Participate in an internal Administrator on Call rotation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to track multiple nuances with physician availability, credentialing status, and shift availability
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
  • Strong ability to follow through and high attention to detail required
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks with guidance
  • Patience, persistence, and a good attitude
  • Project Management Experience a plus

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in healthcare required
