Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in outside or technical sales, preferably in the electrical or security industry.
- Proven success managing a sales territory and driving revenue growth.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate product features, benefits, and technical applications.
- Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
