QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma, Certified Quality Engineer [CQE], Certified Quality Auditor [CQA], IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001). An equivalent combination of education, professional training, and relevant work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience implementing and managing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, including ISO 9001 and IPC acceptability standards for electronic devices.
• Familiarity with environmental and regulatory compliance requirements such as RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, TSCA, Conflict Minerals, USMCA, and the Buy America Act.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management tools/software (e.g., QMS platforms statistical analysis tools).
• Experience supporting product development cycles, including design reviews and change control processes.
• Comfortable working in regulated environments and responding to audits or customer documentation requests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly convey complex quality issues across all levels of the organization.
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Ability to reason through process development and support the implementation of new technologies.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency, independent thinking, and collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams focused on accountability and excellence.
• Adaptable and flexible; able to work extended hours or travel as needed to meet business objectives.
• Ability to perform all functions of the job classification without posing a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
