Description

Forensic Health Services, a Centurion company, is proud to be the provider of forensic and mental health services to the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health Court Clinic Programs.

We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Program Manager who will ensure that Centurion meets all contractual requirements of the DMH Forensic Division, including supporting Court Clinic operational and staffing needs, monitoring Court Clinic services and identifying areas for operational improvement.  

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure operational compliance with Court Clinic contract requirements in collaboration with the Director or Court Clinic Services.
  • Coordinate and manage essential resources for Court Clinic operations, including workspace logistics, equipment, supplies and IT support.
  • Act as a responsive point of contact for staffing and operational concerns/IT support, offering timely assistance to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist with monitoring Court Clinic services, ensuring appropriate staff assignments and performance, identifying backlogs or other operational problems; develop and implement program enhancements.
  • Assist in the review and evaluation of administrative procedures and outcomes.
  • Participate in regional, corporate, and DMH meetings related to the Court Clinic program.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field; degree in Health or Social Sciences with required management background will be considered
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to all staff locations within the Court Clinic contract (Northeast, Central and Southeast Massachusetts)
  • Computer skills, including hardware, software (Microsoft Office), telehealth platforms and networking
  • Must have previous experience managing staffing and/or operational oversight in human services and/or non-profit setting
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in writing and orally with regional, corporate, and DMH staff
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain/maintain agency security clearance where applicable 

 

Schedule:  Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm
