- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required
- Active and unrestricted GA license or the ability to obtain one required
- Board Eligible preferred in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
- 1-2 years of clinical leadership required
- Correctional medicine experience is a plus
- Ability to pass credentialing and background check
