The Development Financial Analyst leverages internal and external data to provide program and project level analysis of various Development Team functions including real estate, construction, facilities, renovations and supply chain. This role is the author of all NSO capital decision making functions and presents KPI data in ways that allow all contributors to see, forecast and drive business results. Typical tasks include:
- Development of KPI reporting tools at the program and project level including dashboards, executive summaries, forecasts and analysis
- Executive level reporting, analysis and recommendations
- Development of NSO budget & proforma models for TSG and OPCOs
- Proforma modelling, sales calls, COGS, labor, occupancy input analysis
- NSO Real Estate Market and Trade Area Sales Yield Forecasting and Analysis
- Trade Area Mapping and Demographic analysis
- NSO Sales Modelling and Forecasting
- Preliminary NSO Budget Set Up & Comp analysis
- Project Cash Flow analysis and forecasts
- Tracking, status and analysis of project and program KPIs
- Importing of key data
- R&M Budget template analysis
