Position Overview:Â
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the organization's recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. This role will attract, identify, and hire top talent to support the company's growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible and develop the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, intake meetings, sourcing, screening, updating job boards, and interviewing. Ability to negotiate job offers, with oversight from Human Resources Manager.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract diverse and high-quality candidates, including cold calling, networking, relationship building, and traditional approaches.
- Provide strategic recruitment support with a focus on creating and maintaining a best-in-class experience.
- Utilize data and metrics to track recruiting effectiveness and efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to advance efforts in recruitment.
- Partner with department heads to identify and prioritize hiring needs. Lead and coordinate talent acquisition efforts by engaging in a combination of outbound and inbound strategies.
- Plan and conduct off-site recruitment events.
- Interact and post open jobs with local universities and organizations to ensure exposure and awareness.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify key roles and talent skill gaps within the organization.Â
- Collaborate with HR team, operations managers, and IT to effectively onboarding new team members.
- Communicates the unique benefits and opportunities the Company offers.
- Create consistent and compelling messaging that reflects our values, culture, and mission.
- Collaborate with other HR and Public Relations team members to develop graphics, recruitment materials, videos, etc. in order to design and implement marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
- Performs all other projects and duties as assigned.Â
