Summary:
Tempo Air is seeking a highly motivated and results‐oriented Multi-Family HVAC Foreman to join our dynamic team. As Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in multi-family residential properties. You will lead a team, ensuring efficient and accurate installation, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with project timelines and budgets. You will also collaborate with project managers and communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or modifications. The Foreman should be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, ultimately ensuring optimal comfort and functionality for residents while maintaining high-quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of HVAC Installers during multi-family HVAC installation projects.
- Apply knowledge of apartment HVAC installation projects to guide the team effectively.
- Provide directions on layouts, installation standards, methods, and address any quality issues during the installation process.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies throughout the installation.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute HVAC installations within specified timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients to address their concerns or modifications during the installation process.
- Conduct final quality checks to ensure the proper functioning of HVAC systems post-installation.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including materials used and labor hours.
- Train and mentor HVAC installers to continuously enhance their skills and industry knowledge.
- Submit timely and accurate payroll transactions for installers.
- Travel to various project sites across Texas and surrounding states as needed.
