Organizational RelationshipÂ

Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Check books/AV/reserve items in and out via automated/manual systems
- Push in chairs and move furniture back to its original arrangement
- Pick up books/journals/newspapers/A.V. and place and reshelve in call number order
- Fill computer printers & copy machines with paper
- For problems which arise (i.e. equipment malfunction, discipline problems) contact an appropriate library staff member and/or security personnel.
- Assist in closing and locking the library at the appropriate time and make sure all equipment is properly shut down. Â
- Time sheet must be turned in monthly to Branch Manager Librarian.
- Any projects as assigned

Methods of AccountabilityÂ
- Through compliance with College policies, procedures, and expectations that include FERPA and HIPPA guidelines. Â
- Through communication with and/or from the library staff/faculty/students. Â
- Through documentation of library hours worked; work study timesheet. Â
