- 4-6 years of relevant experience as a corporate and/or contracts attorney at a national or large regional law firm or within a corporate legal department
- JD from a highly regarded ABA accredited law school
- Member in good standing of at least one state bar, with ability to obtain Colorado single client license
- Unquestionable integrity, with experience managing organizational conflicts of interest and ethical issues
- Self-starter with the ability to succeed and multitask in fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- Very strong communication, leadership and presentation skills
- Highly responsive with ability to develop strong working relationships
- Strong technology skills along with ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
- Real estate or finance experience preferred
