Description

The Condo Documents Specialist is responsible for accurately gathering all condominium project documentation and assists in rendering a decision based on salability to the applicable Agency and UHM guidelines.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Add Condo Conditions to the loan as applicable
  • Orders initial condo questionnaire from HOA and follow up on any missing items
  • Ordering of required secondary condo documents as requested by the Collateral Condo Underwriter within 24 hours
  • Submit secondary condo documentation within 24 hours of receipt
  • Follow up on the status of requested secondary condo documentation within 48 hours of request
  • Follow up on the status of condo appraisal revisions within 48 hours of request

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a financial or analytical field.
  • Knowledge/Experience in the review of property types, appraisal reviews, and financial statements.

 

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong attention to organization, detail, and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Excel and loan origination systems
  • Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and customer service
  • Effective interpersonal skills and technical report writing skills
  • Experience with FHA/VA/Conventional Agency loans
  • Displays a strong work ethic.
